As part of its ongoing commitment to promoting health awareness and disease prevention, and under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director of the Institute and Chairman of the Board, the Department of Public Health, headed and supervised by Prof. Dr. Hanan Ali Sayed, organized a scientific lecture titled “Counseling and Smoking Cessation.” The lecture was delivered by Dr. Heba Lotfy, Lecturer of Family Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Helwan University.

As part of its commitment to keeping pace with the latest advances in preventive and therapeutic medicine, and under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director of  Theodor Bilharz Research Institute and Chairman of the Board, the Clinical Nutrition Unit organized a scientific lecture entitled: “Breaking the Pause: A New Era in Menopause Management”, delivered by Dr. Fady Sobhy Ramzy, Product Marketing Manager at Minapharm Pharmaceuticals, in the presence of Dr. Maged Malak, District Manager, and Dr. Shadwa Magdy, Marketing Manager at the company. The session was managed and supervised by Dr. Marwa Abdel Ghany, Deputy Supervisor of the Clinical Nutrition Unit. The lecture came within the Institute’s ongoing efforts to promote medical and health awareness across different social groups and its keenness to address issues that directly affect women’s health at various life stages. It discussed the postmenopausal stage.

As part of its ongoing mission to preserve Egypt’s scientific heritage, the Theodore Bilharz Research Institute (TBRI) highlighted the participation of Professor Dr. Sameh Fakhry, Professor of Endoscopy, in a televised interview with Lamees El Hadidi on Al Nahar TV on November 1, 2025, during special coverage of the Grand Egyptian Museum inauguration.
