The Molecular Diagnostics & Therapeutics Research Laboratory (MDTR) is pleased to invite you to a hands-on workshop conducted as part of the TBRI Annual Conference 2025.

This Memorandum of Understanding aims to establish cooperation between the National Liver Institute – Menoufia University and Theodor Bilharz Research Institute in creating a new generation of researchers in medical and health fields, who pursue scientific advancement without compromising environmental elements. Theodor Bilharz Research Institute is considered the largest of its kind in Egypt and the region in the field of scientific research.

Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, chaired the first session of the 2025 meeting of the Council of Research Centers, Institutes, and Authorities. The session was attended by Dr. Hossam Osman, Deputy Minister for Innovation and Scientific Research Affairs; Dr. Walid Al-Zawawi, Secretary of the Council of Research Centers, Institutes, and Authorities; Dr. Mostafa Refaat, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities; and the esteemed council members. The meeting was held at the Ministry's headquarters in the New Administrative Capital.

As part of the activities of the Annual Conference of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute 2025, which will be held from February 12–13, 2025, we are pleased to announce the opening of submissions for scientific posters.

In the context of strengthening scientific and research cooperation among Egyptian academic and research institutions, Theodor Bilharz Research Institute has signed a scientific cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Pharmacy at Fayoum University. The agreement aims to support and develop joint scientific research, exchange expertise, and provide training to pharmacy students, enhancing their practical and research competencies.
