TBRI Opens New Horizons to Promote Women’s Health Awareness and Presents Innovative Insights into the Latest Trends in Managing Different Stages of Womanhood
As part of its commitment to keeping pace with the latest advances in preventive and therapeutic medicine, and under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute and Chairman of the Board, the Clinical Nutrition Unit organized a scientific lecture entitled:
“Breaking the Pause: A New Era in Menopause Management”, delivered by Dr. Fady Sobhy Ramzy, Product Marketing Manager at Minapharm Pharmaceuticals, in the presence of Dr. Maged Malak, District Manager, and Dr. Shadwa Magdy, Marketing Manager at the company.The session was managed and supervised by Dr. Marwa Abdel Ghany, Deputy Supervisor of the Clinical Nutrition Unit.
The lecture came within the Institute’s ongoing efforts to promote medical and health awareness across different social groups and its keenness to address issues that directly affect women’s health at various life stages. It discussed the postmenopausal stage, the physiological and psychological changes that accompany it, and the main concepts and challenges women face during this period. Emphasis was placed on the importance of proper medical understanding and adopting an integrated approach that combines psychological, nutritional, and therapeutic aspects. The lecture also reviewed the latest scientific updates in managing menopause to ensure improved quality of life and overall health preservation.
Furthermore, the lecture highlighted the latest trends in safe hormonal therapy and modern alternatives proven effective in relieving postmenopausal symptoms, presenting the newest pharmaceutical innovations developed by Minapharm.
