Areas of Cooperation To address common goals in controlling parasitic diseases through joint research efforts at national and regional levels, the following forms of collaboration are proposed: • Development and execution of joint research projects, including sharing research findings and conducting reciprocal visits. • Exchange of researchers to conduct studies, adopt innovative methodologies, present lectures, and collaborate on projects. • Sharing scientific information and publications for educational and research purposes. • Joint organization and participation in academic events, including conferences, seminars, workshops and symposia. • Collaborative use of laboratories and scientific equipment essential for research.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director of the Institute and Chairman of the Board of Directors,the Urology Department, in collaboration with the Egyptian Urological Association, is organizing a workshop entitled: "Radical Cystectomy Workshop" The workshop will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Hall B at the Institute .

In line with the Keenness of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute to enhance its role as a leading scientific center regionally and internationally, and under the patronage of Professor Ahmed Abdel Aziz, the Director of the Institute and Chairman of the Board, the Biobank Center of Excellence at the Institute hosted Professor Henry Silverman, the professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in the United States and the expert in the field of clinical research ethics, along with several representatives from the Arab Biobank Network (ArabBioNet).

Theodor Bilharz Research Institute (TBRI) participates in organizing the Egyptian Society of Electron Microscopy Conference 2025, in collaboration with Tanta University, and Assiut University. The conference will be held from October 13 to 15, 2025, at Dr. Ahmed El-Garem Hall, Theodor Bilharz Research Institute.
