As part of its ongoing efforts to promote health awareness and reaffirm its social responsibility in spreading the culture of balanced living, Theodor Bilharz Research Institute (TBRI) organized an awareness lecture entitled “The Fundamentals of Healthy Nutrition in 10 Steps.” The event was held in collaboration with the institute’s Clinical Nutrition Unit and under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director and Chairman of the Board of the Institute. This event comes within the framework of educational initiatives adopted by TBRI to enhance health knowledge among staff, researchers, and the wider community. It aimed to shed light on the importance of proper nutrition as a cornerstone for preventing chronic diseases, boosting immunity, and improving both mental and physical well-being.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdelaziz, Director of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute and Chairman of the Board, the Clinical Nutrition Unit at the institute is pleased to present a lecture entitled “The Basics of Healthy Nutrition in 10 Steps.” The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Marwa Abdelghany, Assistant Researcher in Public Health and Deputy Director of the Clinical Nutrition Unit, and Dr. Amal Mohamed Belal, Public Health Specialist and Member of the Clinical Nutrition Unit.

In line with the National Policy for Sustainable Innovation, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has launched the Egypt Research Network (ERN) initiative. The goal is to empower Egyptian startups in advanced technology by providing comprehensive support through a network of national research centers.
