Biography
Assist. Prof. Ezzat E. A. Osman, Associate Professor at Medicinal Chemistry Laboratory, Theodor Bilharz Research Institute, Giza, Egypt. He completed his Ph.D. in 2014 from the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. His research interests focus on natural products chemistry and their biomedical applications. He was awarded a fellowship at the Food Chemistry Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Napoli University, Italy (2013–2014). Also, he was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship at the Natural Products Chemistry Department, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University, China, from May 2017 till August 2019 as a talented young scientist. Furthermore, he is a PI, co-PI, and member of some national and international research projects. He has published many research papers in reputable journals and supervised a number of postgraduate students
