Signing of a Scientific Cooperation Agreement between Theodor Bilharz Research Institute and the Faculty of Pharmacy, Fayoum University

In the context of strengthening scientific and research cooperation among Egyptian academic and research institutions, Theodor Bilharz Research Institute has signed a scientific cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Pharmacy at Fayoum University. The agreement aims to support and develop joint scientific research, exchange expertise, and provide training to pharmacy students, enhancing their practical and research competencies.

The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Shamis, Director of Theodor Bilharz Research Institute and Chairman of the Board, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hamzawy, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Fayoum University.

The signing ceremony was attended by several distinguished individuals, including Prof. Dr. Tarek Abou Shosha, Advisor to the Director of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Omar Sabry, Head of the Hematology Research Department and Secretary-General of the Institute, and Dr. Ahmed Ahmed Abdel Aziz, researcher at the Medical Malacology Department at Theodor Bilharz Research Institute. Representing Fayoum University was Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy.

The agreement seeks to enhance collaboration in the field of joint scientific research, develop training programs for researchers and pharmacy students, and facilitate the exchange of expertise in various scientific domains. This partnership aims to qualify young scientific talents and strengthen their practical skills in the fields of medical and pharmaceutical research.
